the manager “dona” was SO incredibly hateful, she was screaming at me (a 20 year old girl) because SHE messed up my order. i can’t even believe the things she was saying to me. i have never been more disrespected in my life. while she remade my sandwich she was throwing toppings on it because she was mad. and on top of that my food was nasty. she needs to be fired immediately because this is no way to talk to people especially in a work place. i am extremely disappointed!!
Went to get a sandwich deal, have been going for months, have had no previous problems. Customized sandwich after telling sandwich artist I wanted to do the 5.99 deal. Got all the way to the register and she charges me full price. I ask why, and she says because I changed the sauce (not anything else), I had to pay full price- 6$ more than the deal. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The guy was so hateful. I said, how are you? He was so angry when he said,"Not Good!" I was the only customer, so I just looked at him before he started making my sub and told him thats okay, don't worry about it. I wasn't rude back, I just didn't want to bother him any further. Whoever owns this place might want to handle their business.
Terrible experience. The staff was rude and dismissive, and the washrooms were in an unacceptable condition. Would not recommend this location.
