Too bad Subway execs destroyed their best feature. Subway's main value proposition to the customer was the ability to customized a sandwich to the customer's liking. Now you can only press buttons on a kiosk to select sandwich "options" and HOPE that what you ask for is what you get. Four out of four orders, it has NOT been what I wanted.
