Yesterday after I got off my long hard work day shift, I didn’t want any fast, greasy food, I wanted to feel nourished and feel healthy before I went home to get some rest, I proceeded to look for close subways and this one was close and still open. Vienna was extremely rude and acted very inappropriate during my visit to the subway store. I walked in and saw new Kiosk systems and simply asked “can I still order through you” and she threw her clip board to the side immediately disgusted that I asked for help. Whether I use a kiosk or not, the employee still has to make my sandwich. This location has had many rude employees in the past and I question how involved the manager of the location is. Yes the kiosk is no fun but the sandwich's & service are fantastic!!! I work down the street & have been coming here for lunch for 7 yrs haven't had a bad sandwich.
Too bad Subway execs destroyed their best feature. Subway's main value proposition to the customer was the ability to customized a sandwich to the customer's liking. Now you can only press buttons on a kiosk to select sandwich "options" and HOPE that what you ask for is what you get. Four out of four orders, it has NOT been what I wanted. This latest time, I asked for "less" Sriracha sauce on my American Club. The sandwich arrived doused in sauce.
