I left today without any food, the guy in front didnt know what he wanted as he was ordering and the sandwich maker couldn't/wouldn't ask for any help to come forward. My order was half way made and the manager lady came out and started berating the employee making my food wrong and then she took my order apart to remake it, while still sh!t talking to the employee. Bad service, bad management and a waste of time. Edit 1: called to speak with the manager. She denied being in front of customers and doubled down on it. Liar.

I ordered food from here and I got my sandwich practically ripped in half
This store is absolutely gross. I walked up and saw a dead rat large in size just laying there maybe 5 feet from the front door and the front door was wide open as it always is. Health department needs to tear a new one into these people. If it’s so hot inside the staff has to prop the door open everyday then you spend the money that you definitely have and fix the cooling system in the stores. This is absolutely ridiculous and just flat out corporate greed.
Every time I enter this facility it feels like im walking into a terrible fever dream, theres only ever 1 person at the bar working, and it seems like they are always on the verge of losing their mind. Tweakers all over trippin nuts. Doesnt matter if its ordered ahead or walk in, the food will take over 20 mins to get.
