TERRIBLE. Makes a million online orders before customers in store . They always leave one person to make a million sandwiches. Who makes 3 in house customers wait for mobile orders that haven’t even arrived . Please either hire faster sandwich artist or more people to work . This is the only subway in the 10 mile radius and it shouldn’t be this hard to get a sandwich.
I ordered online. I paid 57.87 for my order. They never got the order. I never got my food. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. You'll have to wait 7 days for your money back if I even get it back. Never got a email with a receipt but the money is gone.
Waited ten minutes in a growing line for an employee to finally look out of the back kitchen door and realize people needed service. The young lady was apologetic, however be older lady told the younger one (out loud in front of an line of customers) that even when she does come to the front quickly that the customers waist her time when they don’t know what they want or how to order.
