This place is awful on the door it says they won't accept any Subway coupons, also no daily specials. I decided to take my business to a different subway. 6:00 pm not 1 customer in resteraunt. Wonder why?
I was assisted by Katie, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the start. She did not greet me or make me feel welcome and seemed irritated and bothered before our interaction even began. While I was ordering, a young boy came in and asked for a cup of water. Why does the sign on the street say 24 hours. You apparently aren't, as I watched your employee lock the door.
Disappointed. I was served by Kaiden. Told me he would have to up charge me per his boss for extra banana peppers on my veggie sandwich. Kaiden told me this started a month ago. I only asked for two vegetables. Won’t be coming back.
Kaiden is the man , always there ready to make peoples day with his positive attitude!
