It's subway. I do not expect gourmet. But the service is rough.
I had an employee tell me they had to make an online order before helping me. Causing the two customers behind me to walk out. I would assume, as a GM, that you would want to help the customers standing right in front of you especially since the online customer wasn't there yet.
Customer service was trash. The two women who served us were more focused on talking to each other than just making the food. She toasted it for approximately two seconds and the veggies all looked three days old. Genuinely couldn’t get more than two bites in before we decided to just trash our food. 08/03/25 1200
The store in linden oaks sold me a protein bowl without telling me they had no forks in the restaurant. I went to go sit down and looked in my bag, and there was no fork. I went to the front desk and I asked the young man can I please have a fork. He then proceeded to shrug his shoulders and tell me we don’t have any. I then asked him how could you sell me a protein bowl without letting me know you have no forks here. He then told me there’s nothing he can do.
