I called immediately to inform you and request a cancellation, but no one answered at the time. After the orders were prepared, your staff contacted me and said that the orders could not be canceled. I am currently here. I placed my order at 4:16 to be picked up for 5pm. I showed up at 5:15 and it was not ready. I received my order at 6:04 and it was missing 1 sandwich and 1 sandwich was wrong altogether. To wait 2 hours longer for subway and have it be wrong and missing items is ridiculous. And not that I was looking, but I didn’t even receive any compensation or coupon, which would have been nice. Please. Go to any other store aside from here. I will never be back
