Me and my fiance ordered off the app and got 2 foot longs. One was a subway club the other a bmt. The meat on our sandwiches was very thin. Very minimal. I used to work for subway I get they are only allowed a certain amount but we didn’t even receive the minimum amount. It was way less. Very disappointing I would for this issue to be fixed!!!
I order a lot through door dash for work and something always arrives incomplete or half worked on, so missing items. Door dash wants to refund me three dollars for two missing items. That’s not okay. I wasted time and money and to have it happen twice. Subway worker are not following food instructions, they seem to throw in random stuff and wrap it. I like subway, I really do but not when workers or DoorDash don’t take customer serious.
This place is comical! Went in for a sandwich for my son and I these girls are all in there boyfriend issues instead of really taking an order as I was telling her what we wanted she kept on a full conversation with her coworker then looks at me and says is that all anything else as continues to gossip then has the nerve to act like I’m interrupting when I say all the condiments and she only puts mayo and says is that all, I redirected her by saying oil and vinegar salt and pepper!! BAD BAD BAD ! workers were very rude and didn’t follow any hygine procedures. never washed hands . hair was in food . whoever had green hair , they touched money and then followed on to do another sandwich WITHOUT washing hands . Nasty overall . never again .
