Drive up to order food at lunch, only to have them tell you "through the speaker", that their drive through was closed. So much for fast food and great service.

Editing to add a photo just so that this business is aware that this is in fact false advertising. I love this subway normally, come here often, but when you have a promotion in the app and the app isn't working, you need to honor the promotion in house. It's not your customers fault that the app isn't working. I have been in the food service industry since 2009 and have done this countless times for my customers. I would rather give a discount than lose a customer.
