I came in for a sandwich and ask for a line of Mayo. The manager Devon did a 3 lines back and forth. I told him that isn't a line, that he went back and forth. Right away he said if I have an attitude he will ask me to leave. I don't understand how this guy is a manager when he doesn't like how you order your sandwiches. Completely unacceptable behavior and he shouldn't be working in the service industry. I just left and didn't care to argue with him.
The people who work here are amazing. There are simply not enough of them. Often if I come in after 6, there's one person who must handle online orders, bake bread, handle the counter, and handle the delivery drivers. Consider hiring more people. If you're having difficulty hiring people, consider offering better pay.
Would give zero stars if I could. I normally love subway, and it's one of my comfort foods. I've had a horrible day, feeling sick and all I want is my sandwich. I asked for chicken, bacon, lettuce and extra vinegar and oil, pepper jack cheese and toasted. My sandwich wasn't toasted and neither was my partner's, it didn't have lettuce.
