The people who work here are amazing. There are simply not enough of them. Often if I come in after 6, there's one person who must handle online orders, bake bread, handle the counter, and handle the delivery drivers. Consider hiring more people. If you're having difficulty hiring people, consider offering better pay.

Would give zero stars if I could. I normally love subway, and it's one of my comfort foods. I've had a horrible day, feeling sick and all I want is my sandwich. I asked for chicken, bacon, lettuce and extra vinegar and oil, pepper jack cheese and toasted. My sandwich wasn't toasted and neither was my partner's, it didn't have lettuce. In fact it had spinach, banana peppers, no cheese, and wasn't toasted. Not only that but the stores phone goes to busy and I can't even get ahold of them to get a refund. I am astonished from how poorly I was treated today at the subway I come in all the time I work for subway matter of fact, and there shouldn’t be any reason to wake up in the morning with an attitude. This is an easy job and all you have to do is deal with clientele if you can’t do that then this job is not right for you “ Ari” is what she told me.
