I own a food truck, and I unde how difficult it is to find reliable professional help, and the lady who took our order was fantastic. Even though it was end of day and almost time to close up, she stayed friendly and fast. I'm not 100% sure, but I think her name was Hannah, I know she mentioned that she was pregnant. Please consider promoting this woman. If I could offer reliable hours, I would consider poaching this woman from the store.

I stopped going to this store years ago due to horrible customer service, but I was shopping in Walmart and decided to give it a try since it has been a while. When I got in line, one of the workers was finishing up on a sandwich for one couple ahead and checking them out. My friend and I visited Subway, but the service was poor due to the unfriendly staff member who incorrectly claimed there was a break sign when none existed, leading us to leave.
I'm sure the employees are wonderful people, but the system is absolutely broken. Maybe it's fixed by the time you read this but they wouldn't take any cards and only took cash, and since I didn't carry a lot of cash that day the one thing I could get was a dipper and they didn't have any of those in stock either. Makes me appreciate my local one a lot more.
