Ordered online , got promo code from website while ordering that took total from $35 down to $17.99 . Was ready for pickup at the time they said and exactly as ordered.

Can't remember the guys name that made my order Sunday around 4:00 but should definitely be considered for management.
Horrible customer service I came in there today February 21st left at 5:26 pm me and my son stood there there was only one customer in the store sitting down and eating the lady that worked there and never agreed us never acknowledge us when we are getting ready to leave she finally came closer to where you start making the sandwiches took out her headphones still ignored us then it say one word so we left went to the mall and had a great food over there do not recommend the subway
