This was a very disappointing visit. I ordered online and showed up a few minutes AFTER the order had been said to be ready, however there were no pickup orders ready. The manager said it would be just a minute, so I sat and waited. The two workers continued making sandwiches for other customers. Six customers came in after me (4 of them were also online orders), and all of these were served before me. I waited 40 minutes beyond the pick up time. The bread was not baked all the way; it was doughy. I also requested my sandwich to be toasted; it arrived starch white, cold, soft, and the cheese is rock solid. The sandwich was supposed to have double bacon, it barely had any on it. Worst place to order delivery from
Would be cool when I walk In to order an Italian BMT if they knew what it was. Straight up asked if I KNEW how to make it. Poor man had a co worker of his playing on her phone in the corner of the store watching him struggle and not helping. 6:30 pm Friday on May 17th. I straight up left since they couldn't do the bare minimum the job required. The coupons they also pick and choose when they wanna do. It's hard to believe if system is down when the wife uses it, but everytime the husband is in, he refuses to do coupons.
Where is Tonya and Jordan? They were the best running this store. I went in there around 8:30 last night and to purchase a sub. Where the baked cookies in the container are located, I’ve told the cashier that flies were flying on them. She proceeded to take the cookies out and replace them with fresh cookies. Instead she pretended to take the cookies down and when I walked out the store and stood at the door she put the same cookies back inside the cookies container. I will not be eating there anymore!!
staff was rude when i asked if we could use our coupon and when we asked why (nicely because i am also a food worker) they didn’t wanna give an answer and the lady just got really mean. i asked for my receipt and i wish i was lying when i say they pulled it out of the trash rather than just reprinting it. 7/4 @ 11:09 AM
