This is the 2nd time i have been there, customer service is zero.
Best subway! Only one I will go to in huntsville. food is always fresh, staff is amazing and always gives the best customer service, always make subs the best! So you can actually eat them without sauces, causing your toppings to fall out of your sandwich. My weekly stop for our takeout night.♡
The worst service, especially, the lady who is always there. She needs to be fired because it is not just me but everybody else whosoever was served by her.
Worst experience Ever, the staff was so rude. They don't have manners of how to talk with customers. One lady who is working over there treated us like we want food for free. We get out of here and never wanna be here again. We had the best experience in the nearby subway. Requesting everyone to don't ever dare to visit.
Worse subway ever I visited. Employee has no manner to talk to customer. We are 13 people and we ordered 4 subway initially and we were about to order more as we are waiting for our friends to come at store but the lady said we can not accupied 2 table as we did not order more food. That is ridiculous. It seems like there are some kind of racism going on. We just left the place and order subway nearby in same time. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone.
