Great service, fresh and tasty sandwiches.
Manager has a bad attitude which I see that it spreads to the employees because they are not trained well enough to follow directions and figure out which condiments are which. I've been to the store numerous times in the last 4 years and the last 2 months have been horrible. Manager has everyone on edge if she can't listen to her music while her employees mumble behind her back. I ordered a footlong subway sandwich through DoorDash. I put in my selections and apparently the app had an issue so it showed a standard sandwich. The dasher was nice enough to go back and get it fixed. Literally wanted double meat, tomatoes and pickles. Not difficult. Instead of telling me they wouldn’t make a new one they scraped off the lettuce and onions and sent it back. Still with oil all over it.
I always order deals on the app and get great deals at the Bridge City Subway! Jessica is very, very friendly and I'd love to have lunch with her 💕 ❤️ 😍 !
Asking for mayo does not mean slather it in mayo..Just horrible and need to do better....soggy messy awful sandwich
