They literally have run out of lettuce. I don't know how many times. Always running out of something. Many of our deliveries were wrong.
I had a great experience at this Subway location today. I had the pleasure of meeting an employee named Dwight who prepared my sandwich. He was extremely polite and did a fantastic job making my sandwich. He also greeted me immediately upon entering the building. There was also another super nice employee who assisted me, as well, even while she looked to be on her lunch break. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. But both employees should be applauded for their kindness and attentiveness. They did a great job.
Not a great Subway. I placed an online order today and when I went in to pick it up (around 7:00 pm on a Sunday), there was no one in the store. I waited at least 10 minutes, left, and then decided to head back inside to look for a phone number to call. At that point, an employee finally emerged from the bathroom.
