Store was absolutely filthy, food, spills, grime on the floors, tables dirty, no parking, this place is on its way out, sadly
This store is the worst Subway ever... We live in Lakeway so we use this store but are always disappointed but keep trying it hoping things will change. After today, we are done and I felt I had to say something!! I assume its the owner that is so RUDE!!!! He is rude to customers and is also very rude to his employees. He is SOOOO chinchy with ingredients!! We ordered 2 Veggie footlongs and on the APP where you can pick Less, Regular or More (ingredients) we clicked on More for most ingredients. Terrible service. Have been here twice and both times have left mad. Someone should tell the employees to smile and be kinder to customers.
Ordered two sandwhiches for pickup. One meatball , one cold cut combo. The bread on the cold cut was stale as hell, It felt like a foam brick. I called the store and left a message. Went back next day with foot long and receipt. Manager offered to remake it telling me it was my fault bc they make their bread fresh everyday. Further telling me not to leave it standing or in the car for two hours. Keep your sandwich and your SAS! Going across the way to Galleria Subway.
