The manager here. Destiny. Is amazing! I watched her very gracefully handle a situation with a very grumpy man about extra cheese today. He was pretty nasty towards her but she still greeted the next guy and myself with kindness and made my sandwich perfectly! I go to a lot of subways bc I’m always on the road. This is definitely a good one! Probably thanks to her management!
I had the 2nd worst costumer service I've experienced at this Subway in Lakeway. The last time even though she seemed in a bad mood & was a bit sharp in speaking, I just figured she was having a bad day but here we are again another day and still she is rude. She asked me what kind of cheese I wanted so I asked what they had, she pointed to a list & said read it ! I said can you just tell me, she pointed again at the sign & just looked at me. Store was absolutely filthy, food, spills, grime on the floors, tables dirty, no parking, this place is on its way out, sadly
