Horrible sandwich I got the chicken teriyaki they even heated it but when I took my bite the chicken was sooo cold. My 10yo got the Boss, the meatballs were still cold as well. Horrible experience management did not train those young ladies at all just threw them to the customers to make these kind of mistakes. I couldn’t even be mad at them because it’s management fault plain and simple, I will be writing corporate. Better training needs to be done!
Spent over $10 for a sad little sandwich. On the menu it sounded great, but your staff member was so unprepared and didn’t even know what was in the sandwich, he had to look it up and then made it with very few ingredients. When I asked for the Parmesan vinaigrette that came with menu item, he looked puzzled and said I don’t know what that is. He then applied some red vinagre and yeah that sandwich did not taste very good with that. Waste of money and this location not worth it at all. Staff needs to be better trained.
2nd visit to the location. Wyatt and Joseph great guys. Ensured everything was made perfectly and provided great insight to alternative flavors to enrich the experience. Definitely happy with the preparation and customer service provided by these two gentlemen.
