Go there all the time until an older Indian guy I think it’s the manager, puts his fingers inside my water cup while he’s at the register touching money, I ignore it but when I get water that’s in the same spot as the lemonade he calls me out for grabbing a fountain drink instead of water. It’s always one person that ruins it for everyone bc everyone else there is showing good service and good food. 3/20/2026 11:30am
Placed an order online and my card was charged then went to pick up my order and the staff said they didn't receive it. Showed them proof their store location charged my card and proof of the order. Spoke to the owner and there was no resolution.
Sandwich was great and service was friendly.
I want to make clear that the employees themselves and the food are great, nothing but good things to say there. However, the low star rating is because the owner/management decided to discontinue participation in the Footlong for $6.99 deal Subway offers when you use their app and enter "699FL" as a code at checkout. Which now does not work at this location. That's so disappointing with how hard it is to find decently priced food these days. Tbh it was the only reason I had been coming to this location =\.
