Ordered two subs today and both were made incorrectly. Reached out to subway and was told over an hour later “just bring them back and we will replace them.” Literally waiting an hour for a response to be told that the solution was for us to come back in and give them the food back and they can make it again. OR the person making the subs could actually read the ticket which clearly showed the exact order that we requested. They swapped the bread and forget toppings. Mind you both had the exact toppings the came on the subs ... read more
They were out of a lot of stuff very unprofessional should stay stocked up on ingredients for the sandwiches will never return to this location again
The young man w the long blonde hair was so polite and professional. He took my order promptly and made my sandwich look amazing so neat exactly how I'd make it myself. The reason for the 3 stars was how trashy it looked for the manager to sit outside the door on the ground and smoke a cigarette. Cigarette smoke that you have to walk through to get in/out the doors. I really want to come back and leave a 5 star review
The manager is rude and unfriendly. Won't be going back until something changes
