Came to this location because it is the closest. I brought a coupon for two foot longs and she decided that it was not in the promotion. So I payed for them fully. Then she gave me my chicken bacon ranch hella cold. I had to warm it up at home. Not coming back to this location.

I've visited this location several times, and while it's generally okay, I’ve had some off-putting experiences — including once seeing a roach, and staff that often seem indifferent. One time, I saw food fall on the counter and possibly get returned to the display — which made me uncomfortable. More recently, I accidentally sent an order to this location instead of my work one, and when I called to cancel, they told me I should have called before it was being made. Overall, I'm reconsidering if I'll return.

Subway app changed my order address to this one instead of the subway close to me. I immediately called the phone number since the subway app doesn’t have a cancel order button. Initially nobody picked up so i called again and then got hung up on. I called back later that day to explain the situation and the woman on the phone was less than helpful saying there is no way to get any sort of refund or store credit.
