I always come during lunch time and the employees are always nice they are always have a smile on their face and they greet you as soon as you hit the door some of these comments really got me thinking about if you don't like the service there's another Subway here in Eden NC that you can go to people always leave bad comments if you want to pleasant service then don't go to the subway on Van Buren road second shift I do agree second shift always has an attitude but I always go during lunch time
I went to order 26.00 worth of food and my mom gave me a fifty and they wouldn’t take it. I ordered almost 30.00 dollars worth. Me and my son went on the 4th . The lady said they didn’t take walk ins but there was a lot of customers sitting at the tables . We left and went to the other one.
The first time I have ever ate at this location. As soon as I came through the door I was greeted. Dining area very clean and the vegetables looked fresh. The lady and gentleman that waited on me was very nice and polite. My sub was made exactly how I like it. Cookies were fresh out the oven. It feels good to walk into a restaurant and see the employees have a passion for their customers. The little matter to us customers. RUDE and unpleasant and got irritated when i wanted my sub after she assumed I didn't want it cause the coupon didn't cover it.
