Online google store opening hours at 9AM, we came at 8:55AM, staff walked around 9:05. She went inside for preparation and opening duty, after 10 min still open sign turned off. So we checked door but both of them closed and left. Poor service
Ordered a 6 inch steak and cheese. There was no meat at all on half of the sandwich. Also no pickles, that I ordered. I called them. They said they they're putting on extra cheese. Really!?! I live 35 minutes away, and unless I wanted to drive back (over an hour both ways) there's nothing they can do. Won't be going back there again!!!!
New management has made great changes! Clean store, very friendly and great service!
