The guy that was working could not have been trained or allowed to work by himself. He was checking TikTok to make sure it was not shut down. He didn’t listen to how to make the sandwich’s. To close the sandwich he applied his weight to it to ensure that it was closed causing the paper to tear. He said that a lady had just came in to order a just cheese sandwich and he said that he told her how dumb she was. Properly train him or let him go. Poor service is going to lose customers. I just want to thank the manager of this store! The staff and service here is always great. We recently moved to Boonville and have tried Boonville Subway location and it is always terrible. Rude employees. Half the time our sandwiches are wrong and sloppy. The store is dirty. The Chandler location is always SO clean. The manager and employees are so welcoming and nice. If you’re in any kind of hurry DONT go here. Ordered a steak and cheese online, waited 20 minutes in the actual store waiting for my food only to be told they don’t have steak. Glad I already paid for it 🙄
