This is my go-to Subway. However, lately when I order my sandwiches via the app, I always come home with my sandwich not the way I ordered it. The receipt plainly shows with an asterisk and bold letters 'Double Meat' 12 slices, yet I get a normal sandwich. I paid for extra meat! I will come in and place my order in person from now on because you cannot hire people that can READ!

Literally here for 20 minutes waiting for them to finish 2 sandwiches ordered online 20 minutes before, general manager leaves her team after holding a 20 minute gossip meeting with an employee coming into his shift. Gentlemen is slow because he has pulled a double yesterday and apologizes frequently. This is Crazy
