Sandwich was all bread. Won’t be back. Knew better. But I gave them a shot anyway.
I have to change my review. You did have 5 stars because I love your food, and your employees were always fantastic, until this evening. My wife went through the drive through, and asked twice for my sandwich to be toasted. The second time, she was sighed at. When she got home it hadn't been toasted. Minor details... But minor details are how you get a satisfied/repeat customer. 5:30ish pm, Monday May 12th. I'll be spending my money at the Chandler location until employee attitudes and standards change.
For years, this has been our go to place on our war between St Louis and KC. That effectively ended yesterday. I don't know what happened to this place but it used to be clean and great care was taken in preparing our subs. Yesterday, the place was absolutely filthy in all respects,. The floors, the prep area including the kitchen were absolutely nasty. When the employee wiped food off the counter area into the floor with his hand and then prepared my sub without changing gloves!
