Went to pick up an online order that my wife put in for me. While there they did not provide the 2 drinks I wasn’t aware that my wife had ordered DESPITE the staff looking at the receipt on the bag and confirming the order was for me. Got home, opened my subs and they were not toasted at all despite it explicitly being ordered. Called to complain and was told I had to drive all the way back from Lynnville for them to remake it and that according to policy they won’t refund under any circumstances.
