The new management is absolute garbage. They staff 1 non english speaking person to run the store during lunch rush. I stood around for a half hour waiting for an online order pickup only to find the order isn't even finished. They have made the order and let it sit on the counter for 25 minutes then have the nerve to not follow simple directions for the second sandwich. My boyfriend ordered a BLT and got just bacon i asked him to add banana peppers and olives but there was no lettuce or tomato and I was extremely disappointed I added cheese and mayo so it was edible but this is ridiculous
The worker had a horrible costumer service he did not listen wen I was explaining how I wanted my order I told him like 5 times a food was soggy.
Best quality of food of any subway I’ve ever been to!
