The store gives a free cookie for a google review as posted at the store register - besides being against Google review policies I would not give a good review for a lifetime of "cookies'" - service is terrible and always has been

I ordered online and went in the store 1 minute after the time I was texted that the order would be ready and they said that they had had no record of my order and showed no concern - employee asked me if I had checked my bank account to verify it was charged - I said I didn't realize I had to verify when I have already received a text saying it was ordered.
