Im writing this review for the amazing employee Jessie. Tonight I stopped by with my kids for some dinner. As we approached some person slammed the door open so hard that it almost broke the door and glass. Jessie didnt bat an eye. He welcomed us nicely and let us know that it would be a few minutes as he's working on an online order. Charged me $16 for a sub with a menu price of $8.99 when using a coupon that made it $6.99.
I stopped by the Kelsey Street location tonight and was helped by Jesse. He showed such kindness and demonstrated genuine and exceptional customer service. It was very nice to feel valued as a customer.
