Absolutely disgusting! How difficult should it be to order a salad! Nearly impossible here. Have to pay way more for less and good luck figuring out how to do that using and 15 menus plastered on the walls. It’s not going to happen. No, you can’t order a protein wrap (without the wrap). You can’t even order a 6” or 12” sub without it being a major hassle! She then says just order any sandwich you want and I will put it in a bowl. Pathetic subway store. Worst staff, worst everything. Sitting on my money and haven’t refunded yet.
As many customers provided their feedback here about this Subway location, this place indeed needs corporate ATTENTION. Unprofessional staff, worst quality food, staff not following simple order instructions provided on online orders, customer service is a joke.
Manger Katie makes this place special. Her close attention makes you feel comfortable and her confidence takes care of your very need. She has made my wife and I feel like her best friends.
