We stopped here late one night after flying in from out of town. There wasn’t really anyone else there in the store but the man that helped us was such a good time. He made the experience 10x better. Whatever he’s getting paid is not enough for the service he provides. If he hated his job I would never know. He was also very good to let us adjust our footlong sandwiches to be different on each side with no hassle.
Bad employee speaks inappropriately and nervously
Ordered a chicken bacon ranch online and it was the worst sandwich I ever ate at a subway. The meat was soggy, not a lot of chicken or bacon and very little toppings. The staff is nice but no care is made with your sandwich that costs $16. So disappointed. I would’ve had a better meal for less elsewhere. 2* because the lunch staff is alright.
Being that I was a lone woman at this location at night (4/22/25), I felt safer having my husband on the phone with me. When it was my turn, rather than being greeted, I was told that I would need to get off of the phone to place my order. I was shocked. Oddly enough, I am Very respectful to all service workers, I make a point to not interrupt them and always prioritize our interaction even when on the phone.
