Tonight I went to subway, usually have a decent experience however I’m unhappy with my experience tonight. I’m usually not one to write reviews. Tonight there was a lady with two children in front of me - I didn’t mind waiting no matter how long it took which was about 30 mins or more, give or take because one of the kids was crying and hungry. Ordered on the App and went in to PU. Mentioned to the owner that last week the app did not have this location as existing. I typed in the address and nothing. This Subway is now open 24 hours! I was told “if the app shows I’m not here, call me!” Now that is customer service!! Thank you again. Fresh rolls and delicious as always!
Poor quality ingredients. Ended up with food poisoning. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
