Ordered through the subway app, money was deducted from my account and never received my food. Tried to call this location directly and they don't have a phone anymore! Had to call the gas station this subway is in and have the worker hand the phone to the subway worker. I asked for a refund, he said it wasn't possible and that I'd have to call his manager. I placed an online order through the Subway app, and the payment was deducted from my account. I received a confirmation number clearly showing the Churchill Street location. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was not there. I showed the manager on duty my confirmation email, but he refused to honor the order and suggested it may have been sent to the other Subway in town, despite the confirmation clearly listing this location.
