This subway has always been pretty slow service, but I went in today and there was new staff and they did a phenomenal job. They were extremely fast and efficient!
Store is clean, atmosphere is as a subway should be. However. I ordered on the app, and showed up around 3 minutes after the website said it was done. Not only was the order not done, all 3 employees had to scramble to find the order receipt. I highly recommend either dining in or being in store to order. It will keep the employees accountable. I would give zero stars if I could. I sat in front of the window with my window down for about five minutes since the speaker to take orders on said to take your order at the window. nobody said anything to me, not even coming over to tell me they’d be with me in just a minute.
Did not open on time.
