There was a hair in the tuna and the woman dropped cheese on the floor and put it back. 🤮
Good customer service
The people working here are nice, food is always on point.
The Franchisee owner needs a class in customer service. On Thursday Lunch, doesn't make sense to have 1 employee. The line was huge, because there is only 1 person working in the whole store!!!! The employee was working as hard as she can, but this operation needs at least 3 people for lunch time. Frankly poor operation at management level, and Franchisor need to look into re auditing their operations.
