I haven't had a worse experience with customer service. I've given this place three tries but each time they try to overcharge not applying any deals even when I explicitly state that's what I want. The older lady that works their is very rude to customers and her coworkers. The food is worse here than any other Subway. I would suggest anyone go anywhere else for food or even starve before getting food here. I'm pretty sure the old ladies name is storm. I'd never want to work with her, for her, or order food from her ever.
The food is great and very tasty! The Footlong Doritos Nachos are especially good! Everyone was really uplifting. All of the employees were also very kind.
The Subway on University Boulevard in Rexburg is absolutely outstanding! Every time I visit, I’m impressed not only with the quality of the food but also with how clean and well-kept the restaurant is. My husband and I went in to grab a sandwich at 8:30 the other night. The younger gal that was out front was nice but extremely slow. Then there was a family of 5 in front of us who were waiting when she told them she had to do a call in order first. There was an older gal in the back sweeping and mopping and when the younger gal went back to ask her to come help she looked straight at us and told her no that she was trying to get things cleaned up so they could leave right at 10.
