The Subway on University Boulevard in Rexburg is absolutely outstanding! My husband and I went in to grab a sandwich at 8:30 the other night. The younger gal that was out front was nice but extremely slow. Then there was a family of 5 in front of us who were waiting when she told them she had to do a call in order first. There was an older gal in the back sweeping and mopping and when the younger gal went back to ask her to come help she looked straight at us and told her no that she was trying to get things cleaned up so they could leave right at 10. Employer was very rude wouldn't make my protein bowl how I wanted it and also didn't make my sandwich correct I wanted chicken bacon and ranch and I didn't not get that on my sandwich the employer said she couldn't add bacon to the sandwich without an up charge when it supposed to come on the sandwich
