Ordered online on 8/8/26 for pick up. Said ready by 3:03pm. Got there at 3:05pm. They hadn’t even started it yet. Walked in and only 1 customer in the store. 3 employees. Not 1 person asked me what I needed. Instead, I waited awkwardly until a female was done making an in store order. Then another customer came in and she greeted him. He was an online pick up.
