I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway today around 3:30 PM. There were two employees working, and the older woman who helped me was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. Throughout my order, she kept asking me to repeat things that I had already said clearly. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable, and honestly, it came across as if she was treating me differently. The place had no air conditioning, employees are suffering in unbearable heat. The veggies are not fresh frozen and watery in the bottom of the bins making sandwiches soggy. It was gross. All 4 Sandwiches went in the trash.
Quick and courteous
I visited this store on 7/4 and was served by 1977. We were never greeted; informed that we were making her late for her lunch; and were treated with dismissive rude and even "odd" behavior. She made many mistakes, baked bread and cleaned while serving us and had horrible customer service skills all the way around. Made me literally not trust the food (had to ask for tomatoes on the side as they were so old). Won't visit this dirty, unfresh, rude customer service store ever again.
