Waited about 35 minutes to get my subs. Employee was working alone and took care of online or call in orders while I stood there and waited. Ridiculous! Won't do again!

Completely messed up both mine and my husband's order. I even wrote in the comments section of the online order form, asking them to cut my sandwich into 3 pieces and remove the bread from the inside of my tuna sub.. Didn't do any of that. The bread was also very hard and dry. I'm pretty sure the bread was not made fresh that day as it should have been. I'm quite disappointed in the service we received tonight.
