Was promised a refund by James due to a messed up order that he admitted to messing up and haven’t received it! I paid for something I did not receive! I requested a partial refund for what I didn’t get and was advised they can’t do partial refunds and would have to refund full order but never received refund! Very dissatisfied, am filing a complaint. Additional notes: submitted complaint, heard from Charles Smith franchisee who refunded $5.
