Place an order had delivered ordered and paid for 2 Moana cups that are offered on their app and didn’t receive. Person who answered didn’t understand anything I was saying said they don’t have them but shows on app they do I paid but refused refund

Worst sandwich ive ever seen! Ordered online and usually go in to order and young lady males the sandwiches. This was a grumpy old man i picked up from. Smallest amount of steak to be countable. Swi.ming in sauce. Not toasted as I requested. Bread is stale. Never again.
First time ordering from this location. Ordered from the app. This is the ham they put on my sandwich. Wont be coming back to this location.
