I was very disappointed in my experience at Subway in Wayne tonight. My husband and I were driving by there on a trip to Orange City, Iowa, and we were in a hurry. I ordered through the app with specific instructions on warming my meatball sub, but not toasting it. When I started eating it, the cheese wasn't melted and the meatballs were lukewarm at best.
