I understand working shorthanded however there needs to be a little common sense. An older man working, I assume management so he should know better but ignoring customers that are in your store to work on mobile orders does not make sense. After a 15 minute wait he told me that he needed to work on a mobile order before taking my order. He was the only one working and said that they were short staffed. I told him during dinner time (this was 5:15 to 5:35pm) if only one person is working than it would only make logical sense... read more
