Yesterday, (Saturday), I ordered a subway through app and the lady on counter was so rude she was so pissed at us as I selected more for ingredients! Asking me “how do I close it ?! With this argument I always get even less than medium portion. “I mean this is not my job to teach you how will you close it! Didn’t you get trained to do it?!!! The subway is inside a store in the corner. The girl at the counter does not seem to be well trained and does not know the ingredient names. I said no spicy but I felt something spicy in my Philly steak sub. She did not know how to punch in the meal of the day and called the pregnant lady I guess she is the manager was infact rude and lacked customer service.
I ordered through the app and put in a promo code that the app said it applied and it took 18 dollars off the total. Then when I ordered I was charged full price. When I tried to get a refund at the store the employees said they couldn't because their manager wasn't there and they refused to give me a phone number to call. Do not order subway through the app. It is very shady! This specific place also has terrible customer service.
