This location sent me the wrong order through the Subway app, then refused to take responsibility for it. I had photo evidence showing the sandwich was wrong, including the wrong bread, olives that were not on the receipt, and ham instead of turkey, but the employee still insisted the order was correct. The manager then tried to push blame onto DoorDash, even though the order was placed through Subway's own app, told me not to order online anymore, and hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. Usually order on the app when there are coupons. This location has been really good about making them correct and having them ready before the expected time shown on the app. Keep up the good work!
I've gone to this location twice in a week and have gotten great service. Sam was great, great service from her .thank you very much
Can not do their job. Marissa needs to be entirely re trained. Didn't even know what a pizza sub is. Put it on the toaster tray without the paper, I wanted a new sandwich after messing it up multiple times.. disgraceful attitude, non chalant messy, dont care its "not thier sandwich" mentality. You can not have it your way here. Not coming back.
I love coming here for one reason though !! The precious lady named Sam! that works night shift is so amazing , she is very patient with my obnoxious order , and always recommends using the app. I love her customer service and because of her I came back 2 days in a row definitely go check them out ! If not for the food for HER!!
