Terrible customer service. I ordered a sandwich, and when I politely pointed out that the employee was putting the wrong vegetables on it, he threw the sandwich away instead of fixing the mistake or making a new one. He then told me he was closed and refused to serve me. The situation was handled unprofessionally and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. A simple correction and better communication could have easily resolved the issue. Very disappointing experience. Never coming here again!
Very poor customer service I wish before the people get higher they should get trained some customer service rules.
Absolutely love this place! The sandwiches are always fresh and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I can’t get enough of their veggies and the variety of sauces!

This subway notoriously closes earlier than their posted time…. Yesterday I placed an online order with a pick up time for 8:40PM. I am an educator at the neighboring beauty college and was actively teaching my class so I was unable to pick up at the exact pick up time. The posted hours are open til 9:30PM so I figured as long as I get there before they close it will be fine.
