Absolute worst customer service ever! Very rude and didn’t even listen to my ONE request and shouted at me and the customer before me.
Absolute crap. Extremely disrespectful and rude to customers before me and myself. Refused to comply to my requests because of an allergy I have. instead of complying he started shouting at me telling me to cancel my order. I don’t know what the hell his problem was but service is absolute shit here! Don’t buy from here if you want to be treated like crap.
Terrible customer service. I ordered a sandwich, and when I politely pointed out that the employee was putting the wrong vegetables on it, he threw the sandwich away instead of fixing the mistake or making a new one. He then told me he was closed and refused to serve me. The situation was handled unprofessionally and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. A simple correction and better communication could have easily resolved the issue. Very disappointing experience. Never coming here again!
Very poor customer service I wish before the people get higher they should get trained some customer service rules.
Absolutely love this place! The sandwiches are always fresh and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I can’t get enough of their veggies and the variety of sauces!
