Menu board advertised a 6 inch deli special for $4.99, add $3.00 for footlong. When Shama rang it up, she said it would be $9.59. I pointed to the menu board to show it should total $7.99. She tried to work the register, but said she couldn’t bring up that price, so I would have to pay $9.59. Unbelievable! The manager would rather throw the sandwich away rather than honor the price that THEY HAVE POSTED on their menu board! My next call is now to the various Consumer Protection Agencies.
