Not much to say is just they aren’t professional not good service
placed an online order , go to pick it up they have the door locked so you can’t go inside to get your order. then you try to go through the drive through and it just keeps repeating the same prerecorded message , no one would hop on to take our order , we had to try knocking on the door and honking the horn just to try and get her attention. nope she ignores us cause she’s too busy trying to close the place at 5:20pm when they close at 7pm , finally try the drive through again and she decides her ears work , 25 mins just tr... read more
Do not use the drive through. They will not make your order correctly. Go inside so you can make sure they create your order correctly.
Placed a mobile order walked in to get them where I was stared at by the only employee I saw.. she did not say one word.. I said I was there to pick my order up.. she then proceeds to throw the order on the counter.. says nothing and walks away.. there was not one other person in the place, and or in the drive thru.. got home 2 of the subs were supposed to be toasted(as indicated on the mobile order) and one was to have tomatoes added, there were no tomatoes.
