This is by far the most disappointing Subway I've been too. Owner needs to invest in upgrading the store to the new designs that other stores have moved to. It's dark and old looking, staff needs new uniforms, the tuna was blah, veggies were not fresh. The restaurant just looks uncared for and it made for an overall bad experience.
The wheat bread that I got for my cold cut combo with extra meat was $15 and the bread was hard as a brick. He asked me how many subs he needed to make. let me make sure that the bread is not old and stale first. I’m glad I just bought one for myself, but if I had a family to feed, I wouldn’t come here. I too felt like I was very rushed, even though there wasn’t anybody in line. I asked for extra onions he kind of acted like he didn’t wanna make it for me.
The guy with the cross necklace made me feel very uncomfortable and rushed. I don’t go to subway to talk about god or religion, but it was forced and made me feel unwelcome. They close at 9:30 and I came in at around 8:05. Most of the toppings were gone because of a “pre-close” but when I walked in the we’re both sitting in chairs vaping behind the register.
