The service was ok. But the fountain drink machine needed the carbonation tank to be replaced. There was no carbonation in the sodas. Only syrup. I told them but they didn't do anything about it while I was there.

I had a bad experience with the 2 ladies employees there tonight at Subway on Mateny Drive, Germantown, MD. I was in the store placed my order and finally made it home, settled down for bed, open my sandwich and it was someone else’s sandwich! A sandwich that I don’t eat. I had to get dress again and drive back to Subway. Explain to the employee and Manager they gave me the wrong order, even showed them my receipt.
