I had a bad experience with the 2 ladies employees there tonight at Subway on Mateny Drive, Germantown, MD. I was in the store placed my order and finally made it home, settled down for bed, open my sandwich and it was someone else’s sandwich! A sandwich that I don’t eat. I had to get dress again and drive back to Subway. Explain to the employee and Manager they gave me the wrong order, even showed them my receipt. My husband placed an online order thru his app and part of the order contained a box of 6 Chocolate Chip Cookies. Unfortunately, U happened to get a cookie with a strand of hair baked into it. It’s not my husband’s as he is bald. It’s not mine as I hip length red hair & it doesn’t belong to either of our kids as they have blonde hair. Plus, this hair was found when I took a bit and cookie was still attached to it, even as I took the cookie out of my mouth.
