Wanted to leave this review purely because I had dropped my card at the counter, and for 4 hours, the main employee had kept it safe until I retrace my steps! I can not thank you enough! The world is not always kind, but I'm happy to do business with good, honorable people! Also the sandwich was great, the atmosphere was clean and open.
Ordered Italian herb and cheese bread and got plain bread. Tried to call no one answering!! Pretty expensive for grinders not to get what you want. Receipt says Italian photo shows plain.
Walked in and was Greeted by the sandwich maker his name is Ethan made my sandwich perfect right amount of everything!!!! Very Friendly, very attentive. Next time I go back definitely hope he's there!
This is probably the slowest subway I've ever been to, takes a half hour just to get to the counter. Other than that it's a subway, they just need faster or more employees.
The young man working Saturday March 16,2024 needs a raise!! He was helping another co-worker that seemed to have a hard time understanding English, all while getting yelled at by 2 very rude women. They were just straight mean, saying "I knew you were going to screw it up!"---etc. I told him how sorry I was that he had to deal with that, it wasn't acceptable!
